- Each attendee shall be required to take along a Tax Registration Number (TRN), and a
government issued or valid Identification document. For expatriates-a valid passport.
- Attendees shall assemble 15 minutes prior to the beginning of their pre-booked/confirmed time
for the applicable in-person Assessment.
- All attendees shall conduct hand sanitization on entering the Assessment (Training) Room and
maintain COVID-19 protocols (Hand sanitizing, face covering on, distancing of 6ft from others).
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the Assessment (Training) Room.
- The use of cellphones are not permitted during the FOD/Ramp Assessments. Cellphones shall
be turned off or placed on silent mode prior to entry to the Assessment (Training) Room.
- There shall be no talking among attendees.
- All notes, summaries, jottings of main points of the Virtual Presentation for Security
Orientation/ Reorientation shall be shown to the Invigilator prior to the start of the Assessment
sessions.
- Only these notes, summaries, jottings of main points for Security Orientation/ Reorientation
that have been allowed by the Invigilator are allowed to be taken/used/reviewed inside the
Assessment Room by each attendee. Anything else found by the Invigilator shall be reviewed
and where necessary confiscated by the Invigilator.
- Tablets issued to an attendee by the Invigilator shall not at any time be exchanged between or
given to another attendee.
- Tablets in the custody of each attendee shall be used accordingly only in the ways that were
demonstrated by the Invigilator prior to the beginning of the Assessment session and thereafter
responsibly used by the attendee.
- Should the attendee be in need for assistance in using the Tablet the attendee shall be required
to alert the Invigilator (only) immediately.
- Should a Tablet be found not working or has stopped working the Invigilator shall be alerted
immediately.
- No writing shall be done on the Tablet.
- No item is to be placed or rested on the Tablet.
